The stunning design features covered links separating the bedrooms from the main living areas of the house, Tasmanian oak flooring throughout, and extensive glazing providing fantastic forest views from all parts of the home. The property is memorable for its massive rear alfresco deck complete with outdoor dining setting, gas barbeque and sun lounges. Located midway between Denmark town centre and Ocean Beach, Braidwood Escape is elevated amongst 5000sqm of jarrah and redgum forest. The house is furnished to an exceptionally high standard. There are four massive bedrooms, three with queen size beds and the fourth with two sets of single bunk beds. The master bedroom has a large ensuite with spa bath, whilst the main bathroom has a huge open shower. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with granite benchtops, breakfast bar, double sink, induction cooktop, ducted extract canopy and Bosch dishwasher. The main dining and living areas are open plan in design, with raked ceiling, celestory glazing, and a log fire with double glass doors that was imported from France. Perfect to curl up in front of while enjoying a glass of red on the coldest of winter nights! For entertainment, there is a large flat screen TV, CD stereo system, DVD player and an assortment of board games, jigsaw puzzles and books. The Bibbulman track runs along the southern boundary of the property. |
